As you pull up to the gate of the ‘Sound of Sea’ villas, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d stepped into a corner of Miami; the pastel-coloured buildings, the manicured gardens and cleverly-designed layout all welcoming you to your home for the holidays. The three villas, Sunrise, Sunshine and Sunset are nestled in 8 acres of beautifully-landscaped gardens, surrounded by the vibrant greens of pine trees, cypress and olive groves in front of the backdrop of the azure blue sea.
"Sunrise" is the smallest of the three villas, has 2 generous bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful sitting area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and an incredible private pool. This entire house has been built and decorated to exacting standards, and is fully accessible for those who use a wheelchair or have other mobility issues.
"Sunshine" and "Sunset" each have 3 generous bedrooms, with en-suite shower rooms, a mezzanine sitting area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and an incredible private pool. These villas have 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and one in the basements.
You’ll be spoiled for choice with sitting areas, dining areas, and which terrace to choose for your morning coffee.
The outside areas are dominated by the stunning pools and the glorious pine trees. Each house has a built-in BBQ, sun loungers and a pool-side shower.
There are a number of excellent restaurants walkable from the house, the nearest being the famous ‘Captain Nikolas’ just 200m away. Also within a 200m walk you’ll find the charming Remezzo beach.
