About the accommodation

As you pull up to the gate of the ‘Sound of Sea’ villas, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d stepped into a corner of Miami; the pastel-coloured buildings, the manicured gardens and cleverly-designed layout all welcoming you to your home for the holidays. The three villas, Sunrise, Sunshine and Sunset are nestled in 8 acres of beautifully-landscaped gardens, surrounded by the vibrant greens of pine trees, cypress and olive groves in front of the backdrop of the azure blue sea.

‘Sunset’ has 3 generous bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, a beautiful sitting area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and an incredible private pool. This entire house has been built and decorated to exacting standards, with a muted colour palette that inspires relaxation and a real ‘holiday vibe’. 

You’ll be delighted with the large open-plan living space, with high vaulted ceilings and a mezzanine level with a ‘media zone’. An open staircase connects this with the pale-coloured contemporary kitchen, which in turn, opens up through glass doors to the outside dining area. 

Two bedrooms are accessible from this central space, while the other is located down a further flight of stairs in the semi-basement. The ground floor bedrooms both have direct access to the outside terrace, so you won’t disturb anyone as you sneak out for that early morning swim!

The gorgeous infinity pool dominates the outside area, which is also well-equipped with a BBQ, outside shower and sun loungers. 

There are a number of excellent restaurants walkable from the house, the nearest being the famous ‘Captain Nikolas’ just 200m away. Also within a 200m walk you’ll find the charming Remezzo beach.
