As a local, family-run business on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, we are all too aware of the pressures that tourism is putting on our environment. At the same time, we see it as our responsibility to be as conscious as we can in the way we manage our business; to minimise our negative impacts and to encourage our customers to play a positive part in helping us keep Kefalonia so special.
