About the accommodation

As you pull up to the gate of the ‘Sound of Sea’ villas, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d stepped into a corner of Miami; the pastel-coloured buildings, the manicured gardens and cleverly-designed layout all welcoming you to your home for the holidays. The three villas, Sunrise, Sunshine and Sunset are nestled in 8 acres of beautifully-landscaped gardens, surrounded by the vibrant greens of pine trees, cypress and olive groves in front of the backdrop of the azure blue sea.

Sunrise is the smallest of the three villas, has 2 generous bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful sitting area, state-of-the-art kitchen, and an incredible private pool. This entire house has been built and decorated to exacting standards, and is fully accessible for those who use a wheelchair or have other mobility issues. 

You’ll be delighted with the large open-plan living area, with comfortable seating area and dining zone, all overlooking the manicured gardens and stunning pool. The two delightful bedrooms also share this stunning view, each with its own private bathroom.

Outside, there is a level garden, a small grassy area and a pool which also has an accessibility lift. There is also a covered shady eating area accessible directly from the kitchen, and close to the well-designed built-in BBQ area. 

There are a number of excellent restaurants walkable from the house, the nearest being the famous ‘Captain Nikolas’ just 200m away. Also within a 200m walk you’ll find the charming Remezzo beach.
