About the accommodation

As you drive past mature olive trees on the approach to Thea, you’ll realise you’re heading somewhere pretty special. The small lane snakes between the trees and behind a pair of small houses nestled in the olive grove. Here you find Thea and Phos, meaning ‘view and light‘ in Greek. These smaller houses are also available to rent alongside the larger ‘Euphoria’ under the group name of ‘Elia’, sleeping up to 12 in total; perfect for a larger group.

Through the front door, you enter directly into the single-storey living area; a light-filled, airy space with comfy sofas, smart TV and a contemporary fitted kitchen. The king-sized bedroom and bathroom are accessed through doors in the corner of this space, with both the bedroom and the living area having fantastic views of the gardens.

Sliding doors take you to the shady terrace and the small private pool beyond and sun loungers with umbrellas. The terrace has an outside dining area, with table and chairs seating up to 4, where you can while away the hours after a delicious meal.

While we’re on the subject of food… if you don’t want to cook at home, the popular Apolafsi hotel and taverna is merely steps away, with a further traditional taverna and grill on the beach in Lepeda – about 1 km. And in the other direction, again about 1km, you have Lixouri town with its many restaurants, cafes, ice-cream bars and all the other amenities you would expect.

It’s rare to find a one-bedroom villa built to such a high standard – especially with a pool! We know you’ll love it as much as we do.
