About the accommodation

" Alexandros " is part of Alekos Beach Houses, just 1.5 km south of Lixouri, in the Loggos area, right before Lepeda. The complex is set on a 2,300 m² plot with five apartments. “Alexandros” is on the ground floor of the building located right next to the sea.

Alexandros is the downstairs unit of two independent properties. Three further properties on the same site can also be rented to accommodate larger groups. A wrap-around terrace encircles this outstanding property, offering stunning views over the Gulf towards Argostoli. The terrace is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, relaxing while overlooking the garden and beach, and experiencing the peace and calm of the area.

The beach is just steps away, with loungers, beach umbrellas and kayaks available for guest use. The flat, lawned garden is separated from the beach by a secure fence, making it ideal for children to play safely while adults enjoy a drink at the outside bar or prepare a meal at the well-equipped outdoor BBQ kitchen, which includes both a gas and a traditional charcoal BBQ. Inside, the villa offers generous living spaces with multiple comfortable seating areas, all with direct access to the shady terraces.

The property has three bedrooms, each set up to accommodate two guests and features five air-conditioning units, three flat-screen smart TVs and stable free Wi-Fi & uninterruptible connection speed for professional use. In two of the bedrooms, the beds can be joined to form a king-sized bed, and the master bedroom features views towards the sea and has a smart TV. Upon request, an additional two single beds can be added, allowing the apartment to accommodate larger groups comfortably. The apartment also includes two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower.

Authentic Greek taverns and traditional grill houses are nearby for ouzo, cold beer, or famous souvlaki in a 400 meters walking distance. The apartment is located just a 30-minute walk or 10 minutes cycling ( with our free of charge bicycles) or 2-minute drive (2 km) from Lixouri town, close to a large supermarket and local amenities. The airport is 8 km from Argostoli, from where the ferry to Lixouri takes just 20 minutes. Apartment management is handled by the concierge, who can arrange any service you need, either in-house or off-site, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
