About the accommodation

Theros is one of our newest villas, and is located in a unique spot in the southernmost tip of the peninsula, overlooking the island of Zakynthos. Kissed by the beautiful Kefalonian sun from sunrise to sunset, this stunning home will provide the peace, quiet and luxury you need for your precious holiday.

The villa is designed in a traditional Kefalonian style, with arched terraces, terracotta walls, traditional wooden windows and doors, and stone walls. You’ll also find the perfect BBQ spot by the pool amongst the Mediterranean gardens. Outside and inside are fluid; built-in tables and seating are found throughout, meaning that you’re spoiled for choice for where to take your morning coffee and your evening sundowner!

Inside, you’ll find calm, tranquil décor, natural textures and colours, and the owner’s well-loved collection of artifacts. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen means you’ll be comfortable hosting at home, if you choose not to eat in one of the many local restaurants and tavernas.

The house has three large bedrooms, all with incredible sea views, and a modern family bathroom with bath and shower. A further bedroom and en suite bathroom is located in a separate detached annexe. The sleeping areas are beautifully-decorated with designer fabrics and high-quality heirloom furnishings. There is even a traditional desk under a small window if you insist on working and can tear yourself away from the pool.

There are a number of excellent restaurants close to the house, including the famous ‘Captain Nikolas’. You’ll also find a fabulous child-friendly beach a mere 10 minutes walk, and a pretty fishing port.
